Add new output for successful Hugo site creation #1727

Tested with Hugo version: hugo v0.123.3-a75a659f6fc0cb3a52b2b2ba666a81f79a459376 linux/amd64 BuildDate=2024-02-23T17:09:20Z VendorInfo=gohugoio another message is shown in the cli after successfully creating a new Hugo site.

In order to keep the possible confusion for new users to a minimal, I have updated the output message.
