[benotes] add guide #1782

An open source self hosted notes and bookmarks taking web app.

Not entirely sure about the 774 permissions for the storage folder, as stated in the manual installation guide: https://benotes.org/docs/installation/classic

chown -R :www-data storage && chmod -R 774 storage make storage directory writable for webserver if your webserver runs as user www-data

Edit: Totally not needed, just created the symlink and I'm able to upload attachments just fine.

Guide is finished and ready for review, see #1783
