added an example mail config --> resolves Uberspace/lab#834
new account on Uberspace 7.15.15, fresh installation of BookStack 24.05.2, working just fine after following the guide, tested shelves, books and pages (creating and deleting), email notifications also working, no error 500 during testing --> closes Uberspace/lab#1499
