Update process changed guide_pretix.rst #1789

The official documentation https://docs.pretix.eu/en/latest/admin/installation/manual_smallscale.html#updates lists an additional steps for updates (prefix updateassets). And for the update to 2024.7.0 it seemed to be necessary. So I added it to the update guideline.
