@shurenet - Wanted to first share this reference for your review. It looks like in step two of the guide you may need to add the public URL in the redirect URI section. If you can confirm you followed this guide and are still having issues I can try and help furhter.

I install the plugin and followed the instructions to link my Quickbooks Online to CRM. After I execute the service, this is what I get...
