I Need help with ucrm and Mikrotik rb951ui-2hnd #325

so i have configured everything correctly but now the problem is that under traffic i can only see my devices i cant see clients but when i open the clients details i can be able to see the pings and tx rate working under net-flow and the total upload is working correctly but the download is way not working its showing false speeds very low or less
