Please, adapt the study duration and milestone meetings to the FS management requirements (WPD, Gantt chart, F.3. planning). Please, consider also aligning the cycles and clarify the duration of the project (9 or 12 months), considering the cycles for the service implementation (M6 to M12). The LoA is based upon a cost of €620,232.78 and a price of (up to) €487,000. The bidder is therefore requested to increase their company contribution in order to reduce the ESA price to the amount stated in the LoA of €487,000. Please, take into consideration the profit of 8% that should be removed from the cost.
