Fid 0 should be a valid Fiducial ID #174

Fid 0 is currently used as a special case to handle the multi fiducial stuff, but fid0 is a valid id, so we should some other sentinel value (maybe fid-1).

Yes, or we could remove the multi fiducial code entirely.
