Robot commander not working with loki-base

I tested robot commander (no camera on Loki with the January Image.

Arrow keys and stop button work Voice foward. rotate work Voice halt, stop, forward 10cm, rotate right 90 degrees are understood but not executed.

Is move basic not being called?

Keyboard teleop works.

I don't have a joystick, but suggest joystick be removed from loki-base startup

I edited the loki_base teleop.launch, removed the joystick, add move_basic, with the same results.
