Added doc on firmware updating #30

This adds documentation for the tool (https://github.com/UbiquityRobotics/ubiquity_motor/pull/50) to upgrade the motor controller firmware.

Depends on https://github.com/UbiquityRobotics/ubiquity_motor/issues/48

Removed bricked.

And the dependency will automatically be installed when they update to the new ubiquity_motor (which they have to in order to get the script in the first place.
