Sonars instructions should be changed for Noetic #52

This line is no longer true for Noetic

since in noetic now robot.yaml says:

sonars_installed: False # to enable set to True, to disable set to False

I would like to change it but we currently have not reached a conclusion how we are going to support noetic/kinetic. Once we solve that, we should go over whole documentation and add instructions for Noetic changes
