there is no speech command launch file in loki_demos/launch.

Here is one I have written: please test and add as pull request. I couldn't do a pr for some unknown reason.

This seems to make Loki inconsistent with Magni, which doesn't have a speech_commands.launch since UbiquityRobotics/magni_robot#51

Note, to do a pull request:

Create a new branch (from branch dropdown list in GitHub)
Switch to the new branch locally (git pull; git checkout new branch)
Commit changes into that branch (git add file; git commit -m 'message'; git push)
Create PR in GitHub.
