This branch is intended to clear our Issue list for move_basic.

First of all PRs following: 1. Abort goal if moving away from it + remove backward drive #81 #74 2. Parameter naming and updated documentation + dynamic reconfigure + false quaternion #77 #75 #78 3. External force during movement #80 4. navigation task complete(linear tolerance, velocity threshold, distance traveled etc.) #47 #37 5. Smooth cornering #53

I think that's been broken for some time actually, pay it no mind.
