I cann't use ubiquityRobotics because repository #3

when execute sudo apt-get upgrade its give me in terminal 0% waiting for headers.

I need tutorials how to start use ubiquity Robotics system

Thanks for response . Today is the second day used ubiquity Robotics system , I have some knowledge with ros and ubuntu(Beginner) .I need to used this system to make my final project .

I am install Arduino ide ,and its work .And i need rosserial package to join ros with Arduino . when try to install it (rosserial) ,give me as below: Screenshot from 2019-07-14 19-46-46

and I try to make upgrade ,but give me error as: Screenshot from 2019-07-14 19-52-38
