Fix and add to magni.urdf.xacro the camera pose choices #208

We need to fix both 'forward' and 'upward' in magni.urdf.xacro The translations have not been correct for some time now.

At the same time we should add 2 more new poses. one for floor fiducials and one for a direct straight ahead camera mount.

I suggest the last section of the file look like this just prior to the line
