We will soon be shipping rev 5.2 MCB boards which have the OLED display installed when shipped.
For this reason we should have this task to allow startup of the OLED node through an edit to our /etc/ubiquity/robot.yaml config file or other config file.

If I clone this node I am able today to start it from core.launch but that is a bit of a hack.
