RTK GPS Research #264

We need to find a good solution for enabling GPS support on our robots while making use of public RTK base stations.

Something that may be needed is finding a RTKLIB compatible receiver, since there's a ros bridge for it: https://github.com/MapIV/rtklib_ros_bridge

Low end options:

Medium range options:

Swiftnav has ROS integration and L5 network support, but they're also on the expensive side.

Full on Survey GPS setups seem to cost in the range of $50k a piece, so that's probably out of the question.
