raspicam_node is getting alot of external issues and pull requests. Its also not on noetic branch yet. We need to assign maintainer(s) #270

aruco launch appears to be working with the exception of static transform of the various camera orientations, i.e. flipped in breadcrumb from regular magni front/forward position.
