Changes to upgrade_firwmare to work with pytho2 again #169

Solving #167

Test by

rosrun ubiquity_motor upgrade_firmware.py

and following instructions on terminal for email identification

This was tested with MCB and the upgrading firmware works with both email and with --file option. Will merge now so I can get this pathch released onto apt as well.
