Feature request: acceleration and deceleration time, parameter support on low level Magni Motor Controller #71

At the moment acceleration and deceleration time parameters for low level Magni motor controller are not exposed. Ideally the low level motor controller should have these parameters exposed to have a smoother start and stop behavior.
