hotcorners needs to change gnome-screensaver references to budgie-screensaver #384

For budgie-desktop v10.5.3 gnome-screensaver has been replaced by budgie-screensaver.

We'll need to accommodate this change in the hotcorners applet

EDIT:

budgie-screensaver is only applicable if its found to be running

Not sure if anything changed, but on UB Impish with budgie-desktop v10.5., still gnome-screensaver is running.

Yep... we have to stick with gnome-screensaver since Debian will not allow budgie-screensaver into their repo because of security concerns.

So for this issue, we will keep open but don't need to do anything for Debian / Ubuntu.

Any other distros using budgie-screensaver will need to help and submit a patch
