Hotcorners plugin does not work out of the box. #471

I am using Arch Linux, and I am on Arch Budgie I added the Hotcorners plugin into my titlebar but I am unable to use it, nor configure it. Going into the desktop settings, I added the Hot Corners plugin and enabled it, but I am unable to configure it in any way. Enabling/Disabling does not change functionality, it is just a button which brings a drop down to enable/disable the entire applet. There is also no desktop app for the hotcorners plugin that came with installing budgie-extras. As such, I am unsure where to get this app, or if it already exists, it's name and how to configure it. Seeing screenshots of other users, I was supposed to get more settings but I don't see any in the applet menu image image

Found a solution after reading #470

Installing from source works, however arch users will need to install vala using sudo pacman -S vala to install and compile without errors. No side effects have been noticed thus far, and existing plugin configuration is unaffected.
