Work on the Issue #151 and WIP#4

This PR contains gaming tools described in Mauro's discord post. Some new games curated from the Game of the Year 2021 and available for Linux. And ReatroArch as a gaming client.

@fossfreedom @HellBringer419 I had a look and found out that both piper and mangohud are available on universe repository also on Jammy. No need to add PPAs. That's excellent news.
