Minigame queue doesn't sync

Only sometimes will other players display in the queue (or flash in and out), but you can still play if you all press play.

I believe the (main) issue here is that you don't see players that joined the queue before you did, only those after you

This is fixed in the racing branch. I will close this issue as soon as racing is merged
