Next achievements or doesn't work or stop working when you completed first rank. "Avant Gardens Achiever" - and other like that. image "Monument Maintenance" - doesn't count any buildings. image

Monument Maintenance is a weird one. Despite being a building mission, it is intended to be scripted for some reason.

I think and Battle Booster from Avant Defense also work like that.
