ZoneTemplateGeneral: If condition for airpathPorts #107

Recently the toConstructionPorts[1..6] have been adapted such that they are only visible if the corresponding nConstruction[1..6] is greater than 0.

I propose the same strategy for the airpathPorts[1..6]

No longer relevant due to changed zone-architecture.
