IBPSA release 3 has been tagged at sha 1ac463c1025c68c50887bb4e2f21520bf0129c5f https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/releases
the previous IBPSA merge was done in #128 few days ago the main addition sine then is the subpackage BuildingSystems.Fluid.Geothermal.Borefields https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/pull/1024 Breaking changes overview is here: https://git.io/vdFUu https://git.io/vFGqf
Note: Before merging IBPSA I had to delete one directory from it. https://github.com/lbl-srg/BuildingsPy/issues/223
