IBPSA master is at commit 875feb0f93745442813a0e5b2a6b54ee97735828 BEFORE merging, delete the heatpumps docs: https://github.com/lbl-srg/BuildingsPy/issues/223#issuecomment-421377389 AFTER merging, delete the UserGuide package, and the double stuff in Airvolumes.
The last IBPSA integration run was PR #130 in September 2018, non-backward-compatible changes are listed here: https://git.io/vdFUu https://git.io/vFGqf
