this closes #89

All four FluidStorage examples then also work in OpenModelica (with some warnings).

OK, I just double-checked myself, and it should be correct, so this could be merged as it is.

I ran regressiontests with BuildingsPy before and after this PR and the results are identical. BuildingsPy will compare only those variables that are used as plot variables in the "Simulate and Plot" mos script.
