Not able to signup- Getting error #89

Hey Team, Can you please check why am I getting this error on signup?

This has not been implemented yet. Only Google oauth has been done.

Okay, in that case, wouldn't it be good that you prevent the default submit event getting fired on signup button click so that user will remain on the same page.
