NavBar Component #84

Navigation Bar needs to be added to allows users to go to different pages. Currently, we have 3 pages home, Quiz and HowToPlay.

The navbar for desktop needs to be finalized first. So please do add your opinions here about it.

how's about leaderboard / top scorer page

Link to their profile page inorder to keep track of their scores

@anupamseervi99 We are going have to have that page but for the second version of the app. For the first version we want to keep it simple.
