Below is an extract from gmail.

Content-Disposition: attachment;
    filename="mime-mail-parser-2018-05-23.zip"

name and filename of content-type and content-disposition respectively are not being handled, nor accessible from the classes

Thanks for making a note of this, hoping to get to this soon. I haven't added in the ability to handle files yet.
