[FEATURE] Migrate role to web API scraping technics instead of SQL statements #21

With issue #19 with found the first AlternC setting where pushing data with SQL statements is not enough to fully perform the configuration. This leads us to the idea of configuring AlternC scrapping its human web API.

The branch web-api are the fist attempts to manage this API (WIP).

This issue, as discussed here, to eventually continue the work.
