Bullseye version of the role #25

A branch to address #24, to build a running updated version of the role.

Apparently, configuration of jitsi-meet apt packages has considerably evolved, and does a lot of things that the role previously did.

With commit 3a591f45f02b81dcb7e3e4a79ba8396262b41c88, we start from a running code version, that avoids all previous configurations, except user interface customization.

Let's try to re-code and bring back all previous benefits of the role to this lightened code.
