This PR is simply for the formal review of the changes introduced to release version 2.0.0 of the role, aimed at provisioning correctly the new version of Jitsi Meet released definitively (stable branch) a few days ago.
Whoever is reading this can see a detail of the changes in the CHANGELOG, but in broad terms they consist of simplifications, corrections and adjustments of the tasks performed now by the Jitsi installer.
