[BUG] jitsi_meet_disable_third_party_requests is documented in README but not functional #9

Describe the bug When you read the README.md you find:

jitsi_meet_disable_third_party_requests

but if you set (=disable) it, it would not work

Expected behavior

It should work.

I will prepate a Pull-Request for this
