I believe the use case does not just end for the user, its saying if I have an error there is no alternative for me. It should at least show 3a2 . User inputs data Steps repeat from 3a1 to 3a2 until valid data is input Use case resume from step 3

Medium as it may mislead users of the product's ability to allow user to rectify their mistakes.

Team's Response

We believe that our app does not loop at this use case. Upon failure, this use case will end and the user is free to enter any other use cases, including the current one.

Reason for disagreement: I think there is no grounds to reject as that would claim this use case has no merit. I am pushing for a use case that would at least allow for the extension for continue on the MSS after correct data is input.

Take for example,

If user inputs a wrong value, the system should anticipate a correct value and allow user to resume in the MSS.

Similarly here, I expect the extension to get user to retype the wrong field and continue on the MSS and add a client. Based on the what the dev's say is not completely wrong but I believe this is better way and hence no grounds for complete rejection of my proposal.
