[DG] Insufficient NFRs

This seems to be mostly default NFRs from AB3, more can be added in context of this product.

I believe some important ones are

• The response to any command should become visible within 5 seconds.
• Application should load the GUI components and data within 5 seconds of start-up.
• Data should be stored locally and should not be accessible from other devices due to privacy issues.

Thanks for the feedback and we agree that more NFRs should be considered, however we feel that the severity is very low as it does not cause much inconveniences.

Reason for disagreement: i disagree as veryLow is reserved for purely cosmetic issues, NFRs are as important as functional requirements and can cause major inconvenience if not accounted for properly. It should not be dismissed as cosmetics.
