[DG] Wrong `add` sequence diagram

This diagram was copied from the delete but some remnants remain.

• add John Doe should be add n/John Doe at least

• parse("1") is invalid this is for index based commands

Yes parse("1") is a typo, should of very low severity. add John Doe is correct as we omitted less important details here.

This shows the correct input but in the UML Diagram, we only showed John Doe as it is too long.

Here, we are using the wrong commands like parse INDEX for add is which is wrong. This should be at least Low.
