`PHONE` should allow spaces and symbols #8

We may wish to put our PHONE with spaces due to neatness.

However, this interprets it as wrong, whereas I believe it should be accepted.

This should also be accepted, if I wish to put in country code.

Reason for disagreement: No explanation was provided by the team at all, anyways i will provide some basic justification.

This is an issue as

PHONE can easily have symbols as explained in original input and hence we should not be restricting users. I believe this is a valid issue which is not justified by the team in any way.
