Dagger Integration #18

Tell us about your request. If your feature request is related to a problem, please describe. dagger.io presents an opportunity to provide one to many interoperability for Uffizzi On-Demand Environments with a broad list of CI/CD providers.

It also presents opportunity to increase modularity and use cases for uffizzi environments by allowing Developers to run their dagger pipeline locally and on a CI/CD provider.

Describe the solution you'd like CRUD capability written as a dagger plan and accepted into dagger univserse

Describe alternatives you've considered Only known capability to hack CI/CD interoperability
