What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1. SD Media Launcher to launch Swiss
2. Choose SD Gecko and navigate to GC backups directory then choose Super Mario
Strikers
3. Menu comes up, choose load, it starts reading the iso, tries to patch it and
then it fails, saying that it could not find the necessary functions for
patching. Then the game launches and actually works, although with a lot of
issues in sound and sometimes it may freeze.

The popup menu that presents the option to load the game says the game is
fragmented in 2 files. I don't know if that is relevant to the patching process.

I formatted the card and put the backups in again, it no longer says it's
fragmented but it still fails to patch everytime I start up the game.
