Add a GCB version of Swiss that people can flash onto their Qoob Pro.

Why is this still in accepted status? I don't know about GCB files but I 
flashed the .dol file to Qoob perfectly fine.

GCB file is a Gamecube bootable BIOS so that Swiss will be the first thing that 
pops up when your GameCube starts up.
