The problem seems to appear on pre-patched and not patched rom

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1.Pre-Patch Zelda CE or Zelda OOT
2.Run Swiss with a SD gecko and a retail NGC disk
3.Boot the file

What console are you running Swiss on (Wii/GC)?
WII

What version of Swiss are you using?
Swiss 0,1 Rev 39

What disc was in the drive if any?
Smash bros melee

What device was the data being loaded from (SD/HDD/DVD/DVD-R)?
SD Gecko
