Make GUI with Videostream as background. I want to remake the GUI using java. Reasons: Java is cross-plattform Java is more performant than python I want to learn Java and this is a good way to do this in my opinion

GUI is running, but video-stream cannot be displayed yet. Working on fixing this issue.

Maybe usw HTML instead

Maybe use ffmpeg to realize an rtsp-stream
