Improve balancing of participant assigment to groups #1

As it is, participants are assigned randomly to groups in the experiment. This is ok, but not optimal. The database should collect information about how many participants are assigned to a group, hence the database should be able to tell in which conditions a participant could be placed in order to keep a balance in the number of participants assigned to each group.

Ok lets talk on this monday. This is a feature request, for on the long run, not Iris' course.
