Document the process to disclose any security vulnerabilities in SECURITY.md

Hi, @thschmitt.

This is James from Coveralls. I wanted to let you know that you were not receiving status updates from Coveralls because your repo did not have an owner. I noticed that this morning, so I made you the owner and re-ran your last PR build (this one), which updated this PR with Coveralls status updates:

I also noticed that you have PR Comments turned OFF, so if that's not intentional, you can turn them ON in your Repo Settings.

Let me know if you have questions about why your repo didn't have an owner. I also wanted to let you know that you can avoid that type of issue altogether by upgrading to our new GitHub integration, which is based on a GitHub App (Coveralls Official) and does not need to leverage a user token like our legacy integration does (OAuth App: Coveralls or Coveralls Pro).

I'll subscribe to this PR, but you can reach me directly via support@coveralls.io. (It will forward to me since I'm the support engineer on your account). You can ask me any other questions you have about Coveralls there, and, if you like, you can also schedule a setup help session, or other live support call with me via our Calendly.

Thanks for trying Coveralls!
