Export and Import of Configurations and Shortcuts #1359

Description

I used to use Bayden Slickrun (https://bayden.com/SlickRun/) on Windows 11. Slickrun was simply awesome. I started using it on Windows 7 and used it up until Windows 11. But Windows 11 has forced me to shift to Ubuntu and I am loving Ubuntu, thanks to Ulauncher. Therefore, I am here to request for the feature of exporting and importing the shortcuts and configurations in 1 single file as was possible with Slickrun as a .qrs file. Since "GitHub" does not support uploading the .qrs file type, you can find it at - https://drive.google.com/file/d/10ENBAr5QsjIlcrab5bc82QPTP5sDZAIo/view?usp=sharing for your perusal and analysis.

Ulauncher v6

There's a lot of these launchers and potentially near endless migration scripts we could build, but I think this is outside of the scope for Ulauncher. If you want to convert config files between formats (assuming it can be done), then you can make another app or script specifically for that without the maintainers of those programs having to get directly involved.

As of Ulauncher 6 (currently in Beta) all out config files are stored as json.

I don't like closing suggestions but even if someone was to contribute this code I don't want the maintenance cost of these migrations. Already short of time here.

If you manage to build a script and want to share it, I would suggest https://github.com/Ulauncher/Ulauncher/discussions/categories/general
