Ulauncher binding to a workspace

Environment

Hyprland, NixOS 24.05 with flakes

Bug description

This problem occurs on v5 and v6, but on v6 it's not very annoying like it is in v5, so mainly this is v5 issue In v5, if I open ulauncher, it will only open in workspace it was started in, even if I'm toggling it from another workspace, and it couldn't be fixed, the only way to fix it was to wait or do smth (I still don't know what exactly, it will just magically fix itself) until it works. In v6, ulauncher always shows on my current workspace, but for the first time it will open new application in a workspace it was started in, and after that every application will start in my current workspace (in v6 this problem occurs randomly)
