Feature Description

Currently there is no possibility of control for magnets, either permnanent magnet and also electromangets. A rework of the whole toolchain is necessary.

A temporal plan for the magnet toolchain is as follows. The magnet tool chain is supposed to compose of three components.

Magnet controller(input the magnet)
Measurement observer(Get output from the other measurment logic)
Optimizer(Based on the output from the measurement, choose the input for the magnet)

They will be implemented step by step and this plan will be modified accordingly.
